Padel Court Insulation

Sports Venue Insulation Services

At Websters Insulation, we offer a complete spray foam insulation service for indoor sports venues. This can be the perfect solution for games such as padel and pickleball, in addition to gyms.

Polyurethane spray foam is typically a much more cost effective solution for large buildings. It offers excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties, in addition to being quick to install. The spray foam application also helps with weatherproofing, including a reduction/prevention of condensation.

We have over 35 years of experience in the insulation of commercial buildings across the UK. Below are some images from a recent padel court insulation project.

The finished surface is non-toxic and odourless, with a low water absorbtion rate and a high resistance to chemical attack. Additionally, a vapour barrier can be added where needed.

All of our insulation materials adhere to BS 476 Part 7 fire retardant standards. If further fire protection is needed we can provide class zero standard.

For sports sheds/warehouses, the spray foam insulation is applied directly to the underside of the roof to a specified thickness. With a K-Value of 0.023 W/mK, our insulation provides unrivalled insulation properties. A U-value of ~0.48 W/m²K can be achieved with just 50mm of foam (see the table below).
